New Payment and Ticket Options
Payment by Invoice
This new feature now gives you the opportunity to offer your customer the new payment option “by invoice.” If you activate this in your dashboard, an invoice is generated with your details. Regiondo will send the invoice to the customer, in the name of your company- asking the customer who ordered your services to transfer the money directly to your bank account. Please check your bank account regularly and upon receiving the payment, mark ‘paid’ in Regiondo system.
Cash Logo Added
A cash logo has been added to the checkout cart, on the list of acceptable forms of payment.
Gift Option Now Available
With this new feature, it is now possible to select a gift option. This means that the customer will first have the possibility to buy a voucher instead of automatically having to choose a specific date for a ticket.
More Options for Customization
Expansion of Multi-User Access
You can now grant multi-user access and extend user access individually to Sales Channels, My Value Vouchers, My Categories, Online Booking, and Order Options. You can do this by going to Settings and Multi-User Access, and click on the multi-user checkbox.
Distribution Partners & Customized Emails
Distribution partners now have the ability to customize the emails sent out to their customers. They may add Contact Information for the signature, as well as the information for the Email Footer.
Offer Duration Now Displayed
Now you can see in your Calendar feed, the duration of your offer is displayed.
Client Info Now Displayed in Google Cal
When creating an “offline booking,’’ in Google Cal, the telephone number and the name of the client are now displayed.
Customer Communication, Language Options
Fixed Order of Confirmation Emails Sent to Customers
The order of confirmation emails to customers is now resolved and is sent as follows:
- Order confirmation
- Booking confirmation
- Product review (after appointment)
- Product review reminder (a couple of days after appointment)
Changing Dashboard Language
You may now change the language in your Dashboard by using the selection of country flags without having to log into the system again.
Tickets With Consistent Language
An issue with editing the language in tickets was fixed. Translations no longer overwrite previous offer descriptions and the ticket will remain in one language consistently throughout the offer.
Selling & Marketing
New Barcodes Readable from Scanners
The issue with new barcodes being unreadable from scanners is now resolved.
Google Tag Manager Integration Now Available
Thanks to an update, it is now possible to add your own Google Tag Manager into your shop under the area for Tracking Information. If you require this function please reach out to customer success for support at firstname.lastname@example.org
