This helps you select the additional sales channels that suit your offers the best.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][iconbox type=“5″ icon=“wb-contact“ i_color=“#34a5b8″ title=“Payment status for offline bookings“]It was not possible to change the payment status for offline bookings unless a ticket or an invoice has been sent to the customer. Now you can change it manually. This is especially useful if a customer paid in cash.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][iconbox type=“5″ icon=“wb-contact“ i_color=“#34a5b8″ title=“Download sales receipt, ticket and invoice“]You can now download a copy of the sales receipt, ticket and invoice of every booking in your account. You can now choose between “Paid (Sales Channel)”, “Paid (Online)”, “Paid (Offline)” und many more. This helps you find certain bookings faster and easier.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][iconbox type=“5″ icon=“wb-contact“ i_color=“#34a5b8″ title=“Payment via direct debit deactivated for collaboration partners“]The payment method direct debit has been deactivated for collaboration partners of Regiondo. Online-Shop

Technical developments

With this button it is possible to delete all product filters you have selected earlier. The process of filtering your offers can also be cancelled before you get to see the results.

Another new feature has been created for the calendar view. It is now possible to see all bookings by just clicking on the day displayed on your online calendar.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][iconbox type=“5″ icon=“imf-screwdriver-2″ i_color=“#b43124″ title=“Personalization of white label emails“]You can now add your individual branding to all of your emails you send to your customers via your Regiondo Account. Under the menu icon “Settings – Reseller information” you can add your company name, your contact details but also your company slogan, your website and other relevant information. The information will be shown in the footer of each email.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][iconbox type=“5″ icon=“imf-screwdriver-2″ i_color=“#b43124″ title=“Personalized gift vouchers“]Gift vouchers purchased in your online shop used to include the email address of the Regiondo support-team for further questions. These contact details will now be replaced by your own information so your customers can directly address their questions to you. Your company logo will also be shown on future vouchers so it matches your corporate identity even better.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Bug fixes

Unfortunately a customer is unable to respond to that automatically created email. This problem has now been solved so all messages are now sent without any problems.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][iconbox type=“5″ icon=“wb-circleselect“ i_color=“#1a859d“ title=“Search function“]In your account there is a search bar that helps you find certain offers faster and easier. It used to happen that the search bar did not deliver the right results for a search. This error has been fixed so now the right results appear upon request.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][iconbox type=“5″ icon=“wb-circleselect“ i_color=“#1a859d“ title=“Individual setting of an advance booking period“]Setting an advance booking period for one specific offer was not possible until recently. From now on you can set the advance booking period for any offer you like without affecting the status of the other offers.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][iconbox type=“5″ icon=“wb-circleselect“ i_color=“#1a859d“ title=“Customer information on attendee list“]During the creation of an attendee list, it used to happen, that the spaces with the personal data of the customers were displayed empty. This problem has been solved so now all attendee lists include all the relevant information.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][iconbox type=“5″ icon=“wb-circleselect“ i_color=“#1a859d“ title=“German legal notes on English tickets“]The legal notes on all tickets send out by Regiondo used to be written in German. They have now been adapted so you can find the right translation on tickets in a different language.[/iconbox][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][iconbox type=“5″ icon=“wb-circleselect“ i_color=“#1a859d“ title=“Correct tour date in the check out process“]When buying a ticket in one of our French ticket shops the selected date for the activity did not show up in the check out process.
