2017 is drawing to a close, and we want to offer our heartfelt thanks to all the customers who have once again made this year a successful one. Looking back, we are very proud to have introduced a number of new functions and enhancements. It is our mission to continually improve the system for your benefit. As such, we are pleased to present to your our top 5 new features from 2017 – ones you should be sure not to miss!
1. The review function
Reviews are playing an increasingly important role in online shopping. This development hasn’t passed us by, which is why we’ve worked to significantly improve the review function of your Regiondo dashboard. In your account, you’ll find an neatly-arranged overview of reviews you’ve received and can issue individual replies.
With the TripAdvisor Review Express, you’ll be able to gather and respond to customer reviews even more effectively in the coming year. You can read more about this feature in our Knowledge Base article.
2. The PDF editor
Personalised offers set you apart from the competition. With the introduction of the PDF Editor in 2017, we provided a way for users to customise their tickets, gift and vouchers.
Get to know our PDF Editor and let your creativity run wild! Choose whether you want to insert custom text, custom images or both. You can find the PDF Editor in your dashboard under Shop configuration > PDF Editor.
3. The Regiondo app
Innovations this year came not only in the form of features for your dashboard, but also for your smartphone. The new Regiondo app gives you the option to scan tickets in the blink of an eye: all you need is a smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android, and you can get started!

4. Exporting statistics
In June of this year, we began providing statistics for users and making them available for export. Statistics are an important tool for any business operator seeking to map changes and trends in their company.
Since real-time statistics, in particular, have the potential to be of significant importance in regard to major events, we began offering this service in August. These real-time statistics allow for quick intervention and monitoring during events.

5. Combined offers
Even as 2017 was drawing to a close, we continued to work hard on useful new features for our users. As such, in November, we introduced the option to create combined offers. Such offers consist of at least two of your existing offers and are presented as a single product. This is a useful feature for providing customers with even better-tailored options and selling them according to special rates and terms. What’s more, it gives you the option to package best-selling products with ones that are not quite so high in demand, thereby increasing your sales.
