Here are the Release Notes for February 2018

New features and cooperations! We’ve been working hard in February to bring you the latest and greatest version of our booking software. To keep you updated on everything, we present to you the newest edition of Release Notes for February 2018.

This edition of Release Notes include:

Our new sales channels 

The digital world makes networking easy for businesses  and lets you also get access to millions of products and offers. With our number of over 200 sales channels, we will help you being visible for your customers in the digital world. Because of this importance of sales channels we are glad to present you two big players as our new sales channels!

First we have mydays, one of the biggest sales channels for the leisure industry in Germany. Mydays is one of the leading companies when it comes to present boxes. New PDF mass download function 

You are sending a lot of PDF files to your customers. Sometimes it can therefore be very confusing afterwards. Now we offer you the function to download all PDF files which you generated and sent to your customers in one download.

It is very easy to use. Go to settings in your dashboard and click on ‘PDF download’. There you will see a list of all months since you started using Regiondo. Next to the month is a download link which you can click to get all the PDF files from this month. The download includes tickets, vouchers, value vouchers, sales receipts, tax invoices and invoices. Redesign of order options

In the past we implemented one part in the dashboard where you could define the order options. We now split these order options to to optimize the process. Now you find the order options for your ticket shop in the ‘shop configurations’ and the order options for your Point of Sale (POS) in ‘POS configuration’.

Use the different order options to optimize your process. There might be different demands for a booking when a customer books at the POS instead of a booking in your ticket shop. Click here to know how to request information from customers during the booking process.

Automatic filling of your customer data 

Another improvement for your process is the automatic filling of customer data while the POS booking. If you already have the data of the customer in your database, you can easily get these information into your POS booking. That will help you to save time for you and your customers.

Create your own meta descriptions

Search engine optimization (SEO) is very important for organic searches to find your ticket shop. Now you can create a SEO meta description for all pages in your ticket shop. Don´t miss out on this chance and improve your organic page ranks.

Your resources might be busy or not available for one particular day, for example when you have maintenance or something like that. Now you can easily block a whole day to manage these cases.
