    Yes, we have a dedicated onboarding team that will guide you through the system and setting up your offers.

  • How do I get paid?

    You'll get weekly payouts via Stripe (our payment processing partner). We'll transfer the sale amount of your tickets, less the commission fees for Regiondo and any sales channels you use like Viator or GetYourGuide.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    Yes, we can offer discounts on our DMO and Enterprise plans, depending on your annual sales volume.

  • Do I need to know how to code?

    No, you can use Regiondo without any coding skills. Our onboarding team can help you integrate the system with your website so you don't need to deal with this either.

  • I am a DMO, travel agency, or reseller - can I partner with you?
